I've owned my BK7 for nearly two yrs now and I am really impressed. I've owned a lot of knives and this is the BEST large knife I've at any time owned.Totally like the knife, dislike the sheath. Give this good knife a pleasant challenging sheath! You can definitely depend on this knife, but Ka-bar has to action it up and make a decent kydex sheath
